Dear Veronica
Now that we have lived with the curtains and blinds for a few weeks, I felt I should drop you a line to say how pleased we are with them.  They do just what we need and are a huge improvement visually on the dismal grey and black we had put up with for so long.
 
I also much appreciated the personal concern you took over this.  I realise that it was annoying to find quite as many issues to attend to as there were here and I feel you should know that I much appreciated your attention to dealing with these and sorting them out.

4pm is fantastic you must be one of the few people that actually delivers a service...wont bore you with the details of my life...but I really enjoy dealing with such a professional as yourself...thanks.   PS  when you come on Monday can you bring that Floriade book with you and the Hoad fabric samples colour range that we used for Courtney's curtains...I'm always thinking ahead....
